Dr. Caye has personally tried multiple sleep appliances and we have discovered the one that is the most comfortable and effective on the market. Let us show you what they look and feel like.
  2. Diagnosis: We encourage our patients to visit a qualified sleep physician prior to initiating any OSA treatment however; If you have not previously been diagnosed with sleep apnea or do not have a local provider, please contact us and we can help expedite the process with many convenient options. Most insurance providers, including Medicare, will require a signed prescription (letter of medical necessity) from a sleep physician and a copy of a sleep study completed within the last 5 years to help cover the appliance. We are here to help make this process as easy as possible so please give us a call.
  3. Impressions: We utilize state-of-the-art digital impressions to create a precise, virtual 3-D model of your teeth and jaw movements. We have multiple options of high-quality mouthpieces to choose from and will show you the benefits of each type. Typical lab turnaround time is 2-3 weeks.
  4. Enjoy a restful sleep: After verification of fit and comfort, we will coach you on how to adjust the mouthpiece to achieve optimal comfort and effectiveness. Re-evaluation will be scheduled 2 weeks after initiating treatment.
